Spring is on it's way and that means the front porch needs a seasonal spruce up. I love to dress her up for all to see. This year I plan on making her a little more on the cozy side. A cozy place to read a magazine or doze for a few.
Grant St. porch last year This is a favorite photo from Country Home, so cozy~

Oh I wish I had a porch...but I suppose I could do up the backyard all shabby right? That is actually on my wish/to do list~ Pleas post picutres when you are all done, that last photo is amazing...so inspiring!
ReplyDeleteI grew up spending summers on our large front porch with friends and family. We even slept out there because our 100+ year old house did not have air conditioning. I long to have a porch again. Mine is not much more than a stoop on our current house and the backyard patio is just not the same! Yours is off to a great start!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
Makes me want to curl up with a good book and a glass of lemonade. . .
ReplyDeleteAhhhh.
ReplyDeleteDo you think you could squeeze me in for a visit? We could go junkin, find all this fun stuff, go home and put it all together on your darling front porch and then relax and have a bottle of wine and enjoy your pretty out-teriors.
That, my friend would be soooo fun. MY idea of a great vacation! Im itchin to get outside myself. Still a teeny bit cold.
xoxo!
I love your chairs. And that last pic is amazing...we have a tiny porch out back and every year I dream of fixing it up cute.
